We discuss what’s working and what might need more space. I don’t come with directives—I come with possibilities. You have the vision. I am here to help you fully express it.

You’ll agree with it sometimes. You’ll resist it sometimes. That’s the point. Your voice gets clearer and stronger through this back-and-forth.
